We first met Josh Bacorn when he represented us in the sale and marketing of our house in 2016. The transaction went smoothly so we hired Josh again to sell another house this year (2018). Josh sold our house very quickly! Josh and his assistant, Ash, were very responsive to our needs. Since we were moving out of town, we needed more help from our realtors than most sellers might need and Josh and Ash were there to help alleviate the stress of the process of moving. We really appreciate all the help we received!

Josh and his team provide top-notch Real estate services.  He is very professional, thorough, and responsive - always available by phone, text, or email.  He takes the time to provide the best service available - for example, he drove all the way to my office in San Jose from Santa Cruz to pick up my house keys.  He and his team made selling my property so easy.  I highly recommend Josh and the team.  I would use him again in an instant.

Josh sold our house for a record high for our neighborhood and ended up selling over our asking price as well.  He helped us find a transition home off the market so we were able to get a great price for our new home.  Even transitioning into our new home he has been available anytime we had any issues or questions.  We highly recommend Josh if you are looking for a realtor.  You will not find a better realtor and we won't ever use anyone else.
